About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, alignment with hiring managers, and follow-up through to vacancy closure.
  • Manage the administrative control of the internship program, monitoring contracts, expirations, admissions, renewals, and terminations.
  • Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees.
  • Request, produce, and manage distribution of identification badges.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, organizing, and controlling employee contracts and documents.
  • Provide support for Personnel Department routines, including collection and verification of hiring documents, timekeeping, vacations, benefits, leaves of absence, and employee service.
  • Keep physical and digital files organized and up to date.
  • Prepare controls and reports for HR area indicators.
  • Attend to employees, answering questions and directing requests to the responsible parties.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience in Human Resources with a generalist scope.
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection, with the ability to conduct processes and close vacancies.
  • Knowledge of hiring procedures, employee onboarding, and HR administrative routines.
  • Basic knowledge of Personnel/Payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
