About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and traffic partners
Source, approach and onboard new affiliates, publishers, media buyers and other traffic partners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL models
Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, player value and revenue
Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers and content creators
Plan and coordinate affiliate and influencer campaigns, including promotions, content, timelines and deliverables
Monitor traffic and partner performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Analyse registrations, FTDs, conversions, player value, revenue and ROI
Provide partners with guidance and feedback to improve campaign performance
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Content and Analytics teams
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for management
Conduct market and competitor research and identify new partnership opportunities
Ensure affiliate and influencer activities comply with company policies and applicable requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience within iGaming or similar
Previous experience working for an iGaming operator, affiliate or relevant competitor is MUST HAVE
Proven experience in affiliate acquisition and account management
Strong understanding of affiliate models including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL
Experience sourcing, onboarding and negotiating with affiliates and traffic partners
Strong understanding of performance marketing and traffic acquisition
Experience working with influencers, streamers or content creators is a strong advantage
Experience across T1, T2 and/or T3 GEOs
Strong analytical skills and experience working with affiliate KPIs and performance data
Experience with affiliate tracking and analytics platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, Voluum, Binom, Semrush or DeepCI is an advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
Fluent English, written and spoken
