About the role

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning features, enhancements, and issue resolution with business goals and measurable value.
  • Prioritize the product backlog (features, bugs, enhancements) based on business urgency and stakeholder impact.
  • Maintain ownership of the CRM and specialized product areas (e.g., Scoreboard and Promotions), driving ongoing strategy and improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders (Head Office, Agents, Admins, Executives) to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate weekly releases, stakeholder communications, release “Pushes,” and pre-release feature demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with offshore development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Review and approve product requirements and evaluate releases for quality, timeline adherence, and business value.
  • Drive product adoption and continuous improvement through CRM training, QA support, analytics insights, and ongoing product evaluation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
  • Demonstrated ability to align product development with business objectives and deliver measurable value
  • Experience working with cross-functional and off-shore development teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decisive prioritization and scope management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery in fast-paced environments
  • Financial services industry, SaaS product, and project management experience are considered assets.
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the USA.
