Key responsibilities & impact

Join Experian as a Senior Director of Demand Generation and help shape the future of our Insurance growth strategy
Lead cross-channel demand generation efforts, guide experimentation and optimization, and partner with analytics and product teams
Manage a team with direct reports and report to the Vice President, Insurance Services
Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources
Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels
Build documentation, plans, and enablement materials to grow successful pilots
Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners
Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams
Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics
Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring
Establish experimentation frameworks across channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
Experience managing vendor relationships
Experience launching and scaling new channels
Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
Minor travel required
