About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate to maintain and expand business relationships
- Conduct and support retention, client satisfaction, and development activities
- Develop relationships with clients by understanding their business needs
- Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients
- Support renewal of existing business and client retention activities
- Generate client advocacy to promote innovation
- Lead client briefings and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Customer Success team for data quality best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years complex relationship management related experience
- Experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA)
- Experience with consultative sales, customer service and project management
- Ability to travel
