About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide insights into the consolidated ECS P&L, operating unit performance, growth and profitability metrics, balance sheet considerations, and key financial KPIs
- Translate complex financial and operational information into clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations
- Support business decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis that highlight risks, opportunities, and trade-offs across the ECS portfolio
- Support end-to-end financial planning and performance management processes for ECS, including the Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, recurring forecasts, and executive financial reviews
- Support forecasting, reporting, and business review activities that provide accurate insight into consolidated ECS results as well as operating unit-level performance and drivers
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that improve visibility into ECS portfolio performance, operating unit results, innovation, productivity, and cost management
- Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks, and translate them into practical insights and recommendations for ECS leadership
- Provide clear and consistent visibility into financial and operational performance to support accountability and informed decision-making across ECS and its operating units.
- Foster strong collaboration across the ECS finance community by promoting open dialogue, partnership, and best-practice sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines
- Experience influencing decisions through data-driven insights
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Experience communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience balancing detailed analysis with a broader strategic perspective
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders
