About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain client satisfaction and expand employer services within the assigned account territory
- Drive sales and provide superior customer experience
- Initiate client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logos prospects
- Consult with clients to construct solutions to meet their needs
- Facilitate and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs through the complete sales cycle
- Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client executives
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of proven Strategic-level sales Experience in consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing senior level client relationships
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex situations, work strategically, and effectively solve problems
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel
