About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients through the assessment, purchase, and implementation of Experian solutions
- Exceed sales performance targets while collaborating with teams to deliver value and outcomes for clients
- Manage daily client interactions, coordinate support, and ensure seamless execution of contracted services
- Focus on guiding growth through multi-year renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within the financial services sector
- Negotiate complex client contracts for both standard and custom Experian products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 5+ years sales or relationship management experience within the stated industry or markets, including experience managing complex, mature, growing strategic client relationships
- Fluency in data, software and financial services solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of data and analytics ecosystem
- Ability to travel
