About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a specialist for Anti-Fraud and Platforms solutions, supporting Sales Executives in strategic negotiations
- Identify and develop cross-sell and expansion opportunities within the SME customer base
- Deliver consultative presentations of solutions, aligning customer needs with the portfolio’s differentiators
- Handle qualified requests received from the commercial team, ensuring speed and quality in responses
- Prospect opportunities within the active customer base
- Build and develop a specialized pipeline for the Anti-Fraud and Platforms BU
- Serve as the link between SMEs and the Product BU, conveying market feedback, insights and opportunities
- Contribute to refining the value proposition, positioning and commercial approach of the solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales or Senior B2B Pre-Sales
- Previous experience with Anti-Fraud (ID&F) solutions or credit automation platforms (engines) is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in cross-sell, account expansion and pipeline generation
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value propositions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel management
- Excellent communication skills, autonomy and business acumen
- Strong strategic vision and results orientation
- Ability to navigate between product, business and customer perspectives
- Proactiveness, organizational skills and a clear sense of priorities
- Discomfort with the status quo and a strong growth focus
