About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python;
- Manipulate, explore, and analyze large datasets using Python;
- Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making;
- Interpret analytical results, assessing their coherence, relevance, and impact on the business;
- Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into clear, concise insights tailored to different audiences, including clients across segments and internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Python for data manipulation, data analysis, and development of statistical and Machine Learning models;
- Good communication skills, with ease interacting with internal and external clients;
- Proactive profile, results-oriented, focused on quality and delivering value;
- Analytical, inquisitive, and curious mindset, with continuous interest in learning, technical growth, and identifying patterns and improvement opportunities;
- Ability to propose solutions aligned with business strategies;
- Knowledge of GenAI will be considered a differential.
