About the role

  • Define and implement the Analytics strategy
  • Lead and inspire a team of data professionals
  • Implement models and ML/AI
  • Steward of data as a strategic business asset
  • Identify trends and evolving user behavior
  • Oversee the development of the requirements, principles, models and designs
  • Evaluate emerging trends
  • Partner consultatively with leaders in product management, sales, marketing, technology, and delivery
  • Conduct research and case studies on our competitors’ analytics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in developing and leading business-driven data strategies
  • Substantial depth of knowledge in Data Technology
  • Experience with advanced data analytics, predictive models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Experience implementing data and platform strategies
  • MBA or equivalent experience in Data Science, Analytics or other analogous fields
