About the role

  • Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
  • Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
  • Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products
  • Broker or call center experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
  • Active P&C or Personal Lines license (resident or non-resident) in BOTH Florida and California a Plus!
  • Excellent phone communication
  • Sales experience
  • Customer first approach
  • Technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment.
