About the role
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products
- Broker or call center experience
- A comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
- Active P&C or Personal Lines license (resident or non-resident) in BOTH Florida and California a Plus!
- Excellent phone communication
- Sales experience
- Customer first approach
- Technologically competent with the knowledge and skill to navigate several systems, relevant tools, and equipment.
