About the role

  • Deploy solutions in the system, performing configurations and parameterizations according to the client’s needs.
  • Conduct requirements gathering.
  • Work on automating customer service processes.
  • Provide user training in the client’s environment.
  • Negotiate processes, timelines and any necessary adjustments to activities with the client.
  • Support the definition and updating of project documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation follow-up with the client.

Requirements

  • Experience with MySQL in creating queries and system configuration inputs
  • Experience with XML for loading/inserting data into systems
  • Familiarity with Linux environments
  • Experience with Shell Script (optional)
