About the role

  • Manage Workplace operations across multiple sites in Brazil
  • Conduct Space Planning studies, taking hybrid work models into account
  • Develop space solutions from initial concept
  • Prepare and structure RFPs, budgets, and technical reconciliations
  • Perform technical analysis and validation of proposals
  • Ensure project coordination and integration

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture and Urbanism (or equivalent)
  • Experience with corporate projects, Workplace, or Facilities
  • Experience in construction oversight or project management
  • Knowledge of Space Planning and ability to read corporate layouts
  • Experience with budgets, proposals, and technical reconciliations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
