About the role
- Develop and maintain backend solutions focused on automating DevOps processes.
- Create and evolve CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on high availability and security.
- Implement integrations between internal systems and continuous delivery tools.
- Ensure observability and monitoring of solutions (logs, metrics, alerts).
- Collaborate with development squads to improve deployment and release practices.
- Participate in defining architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience in backend languages (preferably Java, Go, or Python).
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, ELK).
