About the role
- Execute Product Readiness Plan - Drive the implementation of readiness activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Team Member Coordination - Partner with product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to align on launch requirements and timelines.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation - Proactively identify readiness gaps or risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product rollout.
- Documentation and Communication - Maintain clear documentation of readiness activities and communicate status updates to leadership and team members.
- Training & Enablement - Coordinate with enablement teams to ensure our teams are trained and equipped with necessary resources for product launch.
- Reporting - Track readiness measurements and provide post-launch analysis to improve future readiness processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or readiness roles
- Project management skills with experience in team collaboration
- Familiarity with product lifecycle and go-to-market processes
