About the role
- Implement the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the whole customer experience for new programs, delivering a clear and contextual financial health experience that meets users' needs and inspires conversion.
- Contribute to a multi-year product strategy, informed by trends, partner and internal capabilities, and consumer insights.
- Champion product management by establishing OKRs tied to business and consumer impact and aligning teams toward measurable goals.
- Implement the product roadmap, from discovery to launch and iteration, including user research, experience design, feature prioritization, engineering execution, testing, go-to-market, and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with partners, including business owners, design, engineering, analytics, legal, compliance, content, research, CX operations, and information security to create high-quality, compliant solutions on time and at scale.
- Advance Experian's end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless integration into the broader Experian.com and mobile app ecosystem—extending users' personal finance journey based on evolving customer's needs.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to develop go-to-market plans that attract users with loan or savings intent and increase engagement among current members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing financial products through end-to-end integrated journeys.
- 2+ years of experience building or connecting inter- and intra-domain programs using shared componentry, libraries, and themes.
- Experience in integrated journeys that connect CRM, analytics, product, and customer service.
- Experience with main product management practices: defining user stories and requirements, developing wireframes, running A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing product performance at scale.
- Experience working in Silicon Valley Product Operating Model, Agile, or Lean environments, collaborating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred).
