• Manage and resolve employee relations issues to guarantee a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace
• Promote a positive work environment, handle investigations, and advise leaders on labor law and internal policies
• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace conduct
• Lead impartial investigations into workplace issues (complaints, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and terminations)
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of employee relations cases, audits, and compliance reviews
• Deliver training and workshops on labor law, conflict management, and company policies
• Collaborate with HR and Engagement teams to mitigate risks, strengthen workplace climate, and promote a culture free of discrimination and personnel conflicts
