About the role

  • Serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving adoption, return on investment, and long-term success across Claims and Contract manager suite of product solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on Payer Contracts, Claims and Claim Scrubber products
  • Be a trusted advisor, helping clients align technology with our goals to improve operational efficiency and financial performance
  • Acclimate quickly to client implementations to facilitate updates, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Strategic Partnering with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, Development teams, and other product support teams to ensure resolution of tickets and enhancement requests
  • Evaluate client use of Claims and Contract Manager product suite including Claim Scrubber products; recommend best practices and configuration improvements
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Relationship Managers, showcasing ROI, adoption metrics, and strategic opportunities
  • Maintain understanding of client Statements of Work (SOW) and guide clients through post-go-live optimization
  • Be the product expert for Contract Manager product suite including Claims Scrubber and Claims, driving adoption and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management required
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Experian Health's Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber solutions
  • 1+ year' expertise with AI from a Claims perspective (pre and post adjudication)
  • Background in change management and strategic client engagement
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree
