About the role
- Support the sales teams with data and analytics to help them discover insights within their territories
- Create reports and dashboards that help sales leaders, and sales reps increase their pipelines and hit their revenue targets
- Partner with sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity, making recommendations to solve complex business problems, and partnering with teams to build high-level sales strategies and projects
- Guide and implement best practices in use of Salesforce.com
- Enforce and maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce.com
- Support sales with applicable communications such as newsletters and email updates
- Support sellers in adoption of sales tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, and in B2B sales environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com, especially with pulling reports, creating dashboards, and managing cases.
- Advanced Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills
- Proficient in Tableau Desktop (or similar BI tool)
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Bachelor's Degree
