About the role
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring support to junior and mid-level technical team members, helping them grow their technical expertise.
- Implement the technical vision for the Software Engineering domain, defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps that align with our goals.
- Lead complex software development projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Manage multiple concurrent software engineering assignments from creation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Represent us in technical conferences, webinars, and industry events, showcasing technical expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
