About the role
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring support to senior and mid-level technical team members, helping them grow their technical expertise.
- Define the product engineering vision, creating long-term strategies and roadmaps that align with our goals.
- Lead design and implementation of platform-wide projects, such as event-driven architecture, observability, service mesh integration, and rate-limiting strategies.
- Lead multiple concurrent software product customizations from creation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Partner with engineering managers, staff engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to align technical execution with our priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product development or a related role.
