About the role

  • Manage the implementation and sustainability of critical controls across the enterprise
  • Provide line management and coaching to a team of two Control Implementation Leads
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to develop and execute control improvement plans
  • Deliver expert guidance and challenge to 1LOD and 2LOD teams
  • Monitor progress and resolve blockers through structured planning
  • Support transformation programs by contributing to the development of future-state control frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • A Master's degree or certifications as ideal
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in risk management, internal controls, or audit functions
  • 2–3 years leading transformation programs or implementing control frameworks
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and testing controls
  • Working knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks
  • Experience using RSA Archer is considered an asset
  • Track record in process design and execution within complex, global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and control data
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across time zones
  • Background in consulting or technology-driven organizations.
