About the role
- Manage and configure projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions and schemes, ensuring the tool meets teams' needs.
- Build visualizations and dashboards to monitor KPIs, and configure Kanban and Scrum boards according to adopted Agile methodologies.
- Implement automations and scripts to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Serve as a support point for Jira users, resolving questions and issues and making adjustments based on internal requests.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and other platforms used by the company, promoting system synergy.
- Use and administer plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, EazyBI and Time to SLA to extend the tool's functionality.
- Collaborate with squads and business areas, supporting Agile adoption and continuous process improvement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions using Jira as a tool to improve the efficiency of internal flows.
- Produce and keep updated documentation for projects, configurations and Jira best practices, facilitating onboarding of new users and governance of the tool.
- Ensure configurations and permissions are aligned with internal security, privacy and compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience configuring workflows, dashboards, Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban), permissions and using plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, EazyBI and Time to SLA.
- Practical experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, applying Agile concepts to project management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to implement automations and Groovy scripts and to perform integrations between Atlassian tools and other platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic SQL knowledge, experience with management reporting and complementary tools.
