About the role

  • Support the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, ensuring seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR.
  • Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for contact center roles.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Assist with job fairs, university relations, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure hiring practices meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for contact center or high-volume roles (preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
