About the role
- Support the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, ensuring seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR.
- Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for contact center roles.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Assist with job fairs, university relations, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure hiring practices meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience recruiting for contact center or high-volume roles (preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
