About the role
- Listen patiently and ask insightful questions to help us understand how we can help our customers achieve their security goals
- Build relationships and coordinate across teams to make sure we’re all in sync as we continue to grow
- Be operationally diligent as we consistently meet every expectation we set, on time
- Distill trends from the data we collect to identify ways in which our customers can address the root cause of security problems they face
- Help customers with their security technology
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- An unyielding desire to delight customers and inspire change
- Flexibility and an openness to new challenges
- Concise verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize the needs of multiple customers while managing expectations
- Knowledge of the various types of security technology
- Creativity to challenge the status quo and help find new solutions to new problems
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or equivalent
- Understanding of security controls for common platforms and devices
