About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and research relevant crypto communities across:
  • Discord
  • Telegram
  • X (Twitter)
  • Reddit
  • LinkedIn
  • Farcaster Community forums
  • Join and actively participate in communities while following each platform's rules and etiquette.
  • Introduce our services through personalized outreach and value-based conversations.
  • Qualify prospects and identify projects that may benefit from our solutions.
  • Book discovery calls or demos for the Business Development team.
  • Track outreach activities using CRM and outreach tools.
  • Monitor discussions to identify opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Share market intelligence and community feedback with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and outreach campaigns.
  • Meet weekly outreach, engagement, and qualified lead generation targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3+ years of experience in:
  • Community Management
  • Business Development
  • SDR/BDR
  • Lead Generation
  • Social Selling
  • Crypto/Web3 ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 concepts.
  • Active user of Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers online.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a crypto startup or Web3 company.
  • Existing network within crypto communities.
  • Familiarity with NFT, DeFi, Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, AI, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of token launches, fundraising, and ecosystem growth.
