• Enter, maintain, and update rates from carriers and suppliers in CargoWise and internal rate sheets.
• Ensure pricing is accurate, complete, and reflective of current market conditions; monitor carrier surcharges and local charges.
• Compile rate information from carriers and agents to prepare accurate customer quotations with average 3–4 hours turnaround.
• Apply IATA rules, tariffs, and standards to ensure quotes are compliant and maintain audit trails with validity periods and supporting documentation.
• Act as primary liaison between sales, clients, and overseas/local agents; respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to confirm space availability, service options, and rate applicability.
• Oversee contract terms with carriers and agents, support renegotiation of rates and agreements, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
