Enter, maintain, and update rates from carriers and suppliers in CargoWise and internal rate sheets.
Ensure pricing is accurate, complete, and reflective of current market conditions; monitor carrier surcharges and local charges.
Compile rate information from carriers and agents to prepare accurate customer quotations with average 3–4 hours turnaround.
Apply IATA rules, tariffs, and standards to ensure quotes are compliant and maintain audit trails with validity periods and supporting documentation.
Act as primary liaison between sales, clients, and overseas/local agents; respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to confirm space availability, service options, and rate applicability.
Oversee contract terms with carriers and agents, support renegotiation of rates and agreements, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Intensive experience in airfreight pricing, operations, and coordination within freight forwarding or carrier environments.
Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, tariffs, and industry standards.
Experience as a Logistics Coordinator (Air/Sea) or in a freight forwarding / airfreight pricing role.
