About the role

  • Design and execute mixed methods user experience research using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive improved user experiences.
  • Develop and communicate research plans, methods, and findings to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that diverse user needs are represented across products and features.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research across products or services
  • Ability to synthesize and present research insights to multidisciplinary teams and influence product direction
  • Advanced knowledge of mixed methods research techniques, including survey design, usability studies, in-depth interviews, and statistical analysis
  • Experience integrating research into agile, fast-paced product development environments at scale
  • Demonstrated expertise in turning complex user data into actionable strategies for product and design teams
  • Experience safely and ethically integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled processes that improve research outcomes
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered research tools or applying AI/ML approaches to user research
