About the role
- Manage and oversee licensing operations and reconciliation processes for air transactions
- Ensure compliance with BSP and ARC standards and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate reporting and operational efficiency
- Drive initiatives that enhance automation, accuracy, and scalability within reconciliation workflows
Requirements
- Airline industry knowledge with hands-on experience in BSP or ARC processes
- Ideally 6+ years, but key transferable skills would be considered
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and reconcile large volumes of data
- Ability to coach/mentor peers and support the team manager
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A smart self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and articulate findings clearly
