About the role
- Initial telephone contact: You conduct initial phone calls with applicants and gather key information for the next steps.
- Candidate pre-screening: You review and assess application documents and identify the most suitable candidates.
- Appointment management: You organize and coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.
- Data maintenance: You keep the applicant database up to date and ensure data integrity.

- You enjoy speaking on the phone and feel completely comfortable in conversations with people.
- You have a sales-oriented mindset and can identify potential at first glance.
- You communicate clearly, in a structured way, and persuasively — both verbally and in writing.
- You are naturally organized and ensure a smooth workflow in your tasks.
- You are open-minded, positive, and approach new challenges with curiosity and motivation.
- You have an excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
- You live in Erlangen, Nuremberg, or the surrounding area.
- You are available primarily in the afternoons and evenings to actively support our team on the phone.
