About the role
- Lead the rollout of our ESG and sustainability framework, focusing on Our Planet and Our Communities, and supporting Our People.
- Integrate sustainability goals into core business functions.
- Manage select sustainability projects end-to-end, including climate strategy and decarbonisation plan and establishing a global social impact charity partnership.
- Facilitate collaboration across Legal, HR, Communications, and Operations.
- Coordinate the Good Business Management Committee and employee-led sustainability initiatives.
- Develop internal champions to build momentum for sustainability projects.
- Support creation of sustainability thought-leadership content for public and internal channels.
- Act as the internal sustainability advocate and subject matter contact.
- Plan awareness campaigns, training, and communications to engage employees.
- Coordinate volunteering, charity partnerships, and wellbeing-related initiatives.
- Develop internal reporting systems to track ESG/sustainability metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Oversee submissions for ESG certification programmes (e.g., EcoVadis) and gather/manage data for external assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in programme/project management, with 3–4 years in sustainability, ESG, CSR, or responsible business programmes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and insight-driven reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with sustainability certifications and ESG frameworks.
- Knowledge of the food & beverage sector is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about responsible business.
