Lead the rollout of our ESG and sustainability framework, focusing on Our Planet and Our Communities, and supporting Our People.
Integrate sustainability goals into core business functions.
Manage select sustainability projects end-to-end, including climate strategy and decarbonisation plan and establishing a global social impact charity partnership.
Facilitate collaboration across Legal, HR, Communications, and Operations.
Coordinate the Good Business Management Committee and employee-led sustainability initiatives.
Develop internal champions to build momentum for sustainability projects.
Support creation of sustainability thought-leadership content for public and internal channels.
Act as the internal sustainability advocate and subject matter contact.
Plan awareness campaigns, training, and communications to engage employees.
Coordinate volunteering, charity partnerships, and wellbeing-related initiatives.
Develop internal reporting systems to track ESG/sustainability metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
Oversee submissions for ESG certification programmes (e.g., EcoVadis) and gather/manage data for external assessments.
Requirements
5+ years in programme/project management, with 3–4 years in sustainability, ESG, CSR, or responsible business programmes.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Analytical mindset with data interpretation and insight-driven reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with sustainability certifications and ESG frameworks.
Knowledge of the food & beverage sector is a plus, but not required.
