About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted member of the regional Aviation team, providing tailored sustainability strategy, design, and solutions to clients
  • Support sustainability strategy development and certification efforts
  • Communicate with and engage stakeholders on clients’ sustainability strategies
  • Educate stakeholders on the value and impact of sustainability strategies and initiatives
  • Assist with renewable energy analysis, greenhouse gas inventories, embodied carbon LCA, and carbon-neutral building assessments
  • Synthesize research findings, analyze information, develop conclusions, and draft recommendations for deliverables
  • Collect, organize, trend, and analyze large datasets from departments and partners
  • Produce high-quality, visually compelling presentations and deliverables
  • Facilitate conversations between multiple stakeholders to devise sustainability strategies
  • Perform other duties as directed by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience with relevant sustainability project experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and present design information to clients
  • Passion for sustainability in the built environment
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to execute with minimal oversight
  • Experience optimizing workflows with AI for improved productivity and responsible integration into client deliverables considered essential
