About the role
- Communicate relevant project information accurately and effectively to clients and internal teams
- Ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Track progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines and subcontractors
- Facilitate the review and approval for key project documentation, including RFIs, Quality Records, Shop Drawings, Technical Reports, Design Certificates, and As-Built Models
- Coordinate project meetings by preparing design update presentations and accurately documenting meeting minutes
- Prepare and maintain project organization and communication charts
- Assist with the determination of project requirements and scope
- Promote process improvement by sharing constructive ideas and encouraging a positive team culture
- Keep Design/Project Directors and stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
