About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a key role in creating content for EXP’s multiple communication platforms, ensuring compliance with EXP brand standards.
  • Coordinate various communications initiatives aligned with company objectives and the corporate communications team’s goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of communication plans and strategies.
  • Create and distribute diverse content tailored to different channels (social media, website, intranet, press releases).
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Rigorously manage timelines, approval processes and deliverables.
  • Edit, proofread and restructure texts to enrich vocabulary and improve readability, coherence and impact.
  • Support different departments and teams by organizing webinars or events.
  • Actively participate in the corporate communications team’s planning and production meetings and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant communications experience.
  • Creative mindset and strong writing skills for varied content types — technical, journalistic, promotional and administrative — tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Good understanding of social media and its strategic use.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress and Poppulo.
  • Advanced proficiency in English. You will regularly communicate with internal partners located elsewhere in Canada or in the United States, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong ability to simplify and present information in a clear, structured and accessible way.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, develop positive professional relationships and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
