About the role
- Plan fieldwork in coordination with project managers;
- Participate in various technical studies as required by the team (preparing service proposals, developing laboratory test programs, compiling data, etc.);
- Supervise drilling and excavation operations and prepare site reports;
- Perform qualitative soil descriptions;
- Other related duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, or another relevant field;
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Competency in conventional geotechnical engineering;
- Knowledge of soil identification;
- Possess an ASP construction card;
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
