Project Manager

• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety and target results are achieved.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review and implement construction drawings and specifications.
• Help develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and project schedules.
• Provide input to finalize the project planning and make adjustments along the way for unforeseen events.
• Maintain a tracking log of deficiencies during construction and develop a final punch list upon completion of work.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and final meetings to set QC standards before work is performed.
• Lead weekly safety briefings and ensure all work is performed in accordance with the safety plan.
• Complete daily reports on work progress and conduct weekly teleconferences with the Project Manager to update status on quality, safety, and the schedule.
• Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans, as needed to schedule the work with the Customer.
