About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Trade Marketing team with the creation, coordination, and maintenance of trade marketing materials across different markets
  • Keep internal documents, product information, and marketing resources accurate and up to date
  • Regularly review and update advisor-facing landing pages, ensuring product details, pricing, offers, and promotional content are accurate and relevant
  • Support Travel Advisor communications and updates, including product launches, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and sales opportunities
  • Create and coordinate trade marketing assets, including flyers, promotional materials, and sales support tools
  • Support campaign monitoring and reporting, tracking KPIs and providing insights to the Trade Marketing team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Eagerness to learn about trade marketing, B2B partner engagement, and the global travel industry
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, or similar workplace tools
  • Reliable written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
