About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - **Document Management:** Support in organizing, filing, and digitizing employee records.
- - **Onboarding:** Assist in preparing for the arrival of new team members (collecting data, preparing welcome kits, and initial documentation).
- - **Data Updates:** Support in maintaining our employee database to ensure all information is up to date.
- - **Administrative Follow-up:** Assist in managing signatures for contracts, certificates, and other employment documents.
- - **General Support Tasks:** Occasional collaboration on office tasks and logistical support for the HR team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - **University Student:** Ability to sign an internship agreement (*convenio de prácticas*) with your study center (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar).
- - **Organized Profile:** Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- - **Languages:** Fluent level of **Spanish** and an intermediate level of **English** (international environment).
- - **Proactive Attitude:** Eagerness to learn, discretion in handling sensitive data, and strong communication skills.
