About the role

Create training content and facilitate training for integrators; respond to integrator questions and support requests
Advise integrators on effective system designs for Exotec products, balancing customer needs and integrator costs
Support integrators to understand functionalities, differentiators, limitations, and integration best practices
Review technical offers and validate integrator design documents before installation
Own performance of Exotec systems in production and analyze root causes of nonperformance
Coordinate with integrators and Exotec teams to perform improvement actions and implement prevention solutions
Solve issues escalated from Exotec Control Center and integrators
Support integrators to maintain systems with latest updates and on requests regarding services (e.g., pre-production servers)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or software engineering or mechatronics
Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of SQL and databases
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar computer-aided design tools
Basic networking knowledge
Experience or appreciation for Git, NodeRed, and Docker
Ability to read code in C++, C, Python, JS and/or Java
Strong analytical skills and enjoyment interpreting data
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to work and collaborate with others
Flexibility to work on-call shifts outside standard office hours, including some overnights and weekends
Ability to travel for work up to 35-50%
