About the role

  • Take responsibility for selling our complete portfolio of products, services and solutions to a portfolio of existing and prospective IaaS customers.
  • Build and maintain, through regular contacts and visits: - strong relationships with business partners, - a high level of trust with the customers entrusted to you.
  • Implement up-selling strategies with existing customers.
  • Generate leads by using a wide range of lead generation mechanisms (online and offline) to identify potential new customers.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to bring your sales projects to maturity as a leader.
  • Carry out market and customer analysis in order to make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate to events: Represent our company at trade shows and events related to our business to make valuable industry contacts. Be actively involved in detecting events that are important to your success.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling modern technologies and concepts, such as IaaS cloud solutions, PaaS, Kubernetes, DevOps, etc., and the ability to translate technologies into benefits for customers and their business.
  • Complete expertise in the sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal with SME and Enterprise customers.
  • Experience in direct and indirect sales and in combining the two.
  • Existing network and sales experience with customers in the German part of Switzerland.
  • Solid experience in team coordination to manage and successfully complete your sales projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and take part in events.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
