About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the onboarding process for US employees, contractors, and temporary hires
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and conduct routine audits
- Serve as primary contact for employee questions regarding benefits and HR processes
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Source and screen qualified temporary and contract field operations talent as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination
- Experience working with HRIS, PEO platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Working knowledge of multi-state US employment laws
- Experience supporting recruitment processes for temporary, seasonal, or contract positions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
