About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables.
While Day-to-Day execution is led by Project Managers reporting to you, maintain a "Control Tower" view.
Support the creation of the systems and dashboards needed to stay informed of all ongoing projects and make high-level decisions to improve delivery, budget management, and scope.
Own the "Project Process" to constantly learn, improve, and build the operational procedures from the ground up.
Responsible for creating, tracking, and optimizing the annual Operations budget, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation across the US team.
Serve as the primary Operations POC for all strategic sales processes.
Drive knowledge sharing and alignment within the Ops organization and other departments—Product, Sales, HQ (Israel), and Logistics.
Establish and measure operational KPIs on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.
