Key responsibilities & impact

Full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables.
Maintain a "Control Tower" view to support execution led by Project Managers reporting to you.
Own the "Project Process" and improve operational procedures from the ground up.
Responsible for creating, tracking, and optimizing the annual Operations budget.
Serve as the primary Operations POC for all strategic sales processes.
Drive knowledge sharing and alignment with other departments to ensure a unified execution strategy.
Establish and measure operational KPIs on an ongoing basis, using data to improve efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.
