Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our US Operations organization as the VP of Operations.
Own project success and high-quality client deliverables.
Maintain a "Control Tower" view to support project managers.
Own the operational architecture and improve procedures.
Responsible for budgeting and tracking operations budget.
Serve as the primary Operations POC for strategic sales processes.
Drive knowledge sharing across departments for consistent strategy.
Establish and measure operational KPIs for efficiency and growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.
