About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Product ownership: full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables.
- Process Execution & Oversight: maintain a "Control Tower" view while supporting the creation of systems and dashboards for project tracking.
- Operational Architecture & Strategy: own and improve operational procedures and execution model.
- Budget Ownership: create, track, and optimize the annual Operations budget to ensure ROI.
- Strategic Sales Partner: represent Operations in all strategic sales processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: drive knowledge sharing within the Ops organization and across departments.
- Data-Driven Performance: establish and measure operational KPIs using data to improve efficiency and meet growth targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
- Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
- Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
- Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.
