About the role
- Supporting the administration of US OPS employees, training, and certifications
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Managing safety procedures and compliance for field operations employees
- Administering project budgets and resource management
- Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment
- Coordinating with purchasing team and managing inventory for operational resources
- Record-keeping of employee work hours and benefits
- Working closely with finance, legal, project managers, HR, and supply chain departments
Requirements
- Two years of experience in a similar role in engineering, construction or high-tech company
- Strong organizational management and planning skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Solution oriented.
