About the role
- Lead technical teams in crafting and delivering end-to-end data solutions
- Design and build large-scale data solutions
- Utilize ETL/ELT tools to support efficient data movement and transformation
- Apply data governance and master data management tools
- Demonstrate team-oriented leadership qualities
- Act as a trusted adviser in client strategy development
- Create and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and project alignment
- Stay current with emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in BI/Data Warehousing
- At least 4 years in technical/solution architecture
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data modelling
- Experience with tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or Power Designer
- Proven experience with data ingestion and CI/CD tools
- Integration with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redshift, and Synapse
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView
- Preferable background in Insurance or Finance sectors
