About the role
- Analyze and report on complex data; both source and target systems to identify potential gaps in mapping documentation.
- Validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues through testing.
- Report testing outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development & business teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
- Define test plans and strategies; determine additional test scenarios with QA Manager.
- Write test scenarios, test cases and prepare required data for testing.
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression and performance/load testing.
- Review defects, perform RCA and suggest improvements with QA Manager, Product Manager & AVP.
- Communicate with onshore stakeholders and Product Management Group for status updates and testing discussions.
- Interact with co-testers, developers, QA Manager, Overall Product Manager, AVP and VP for assessments and product feature discussions.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in testing Enterprise Web applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse/ ETL testing.
- Minimum 2 years of SQL experience & database testing - writing and executing complex SQL queries for testing.
- Strong expertise in Test Automation using Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience in Performance/Load testing.
- Experience writing test scenarios, test cases and preparing required data for testing.
- Good understanding of functional & non-functional tests and ability to define project-specific test plans.
- Possess good knowledge of SDLC & STLC processes.
- Experience with SQL, SSRS & SSIS for database testing.
- JAVA for Automation Scripting and experience with tools: Selenium, Cucumber.
- Experience with defect management tools: HPSM, JIRA, Fogbugz & BugZilla.
- Experience with JMeter and performance/load testing tools.
- Agile Lifecycle Experience (nice to have).
- US Healthcare Knowledge (nice to have).
- Certifications in Testing Process (nice to have).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top tier colleges, preferably with an Engineering background.
