About the role

  • Drive business growth for EXL’s Payment Integrity Healthcare strategic growth unit
  • Lead sales enablement, strategic deal orchestration, account expansion & GTM strategy
  • Own end-to-end solution strategy for complex, enterprise-level healthcare pursuits
  • Partner closely with sales, senior leadership and offshore teams to accelerate growth
  • Strengthen market positioning and expand EXL’s market share in Payment Integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or engineering
  • 10 to 12 plus years of experience in strategy, presales, bid management, consulting, or growth roles within healthcare/health-tech
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem, Payer & Provider market, claims lifecycle, and payment integrity domain
  • Exposure to analytics, digital transformation, and outsourcing models in healthcare
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in both payer and provider environments
  • Knowledge of claims auditing & PI business
  • Excellent Excel and presentation skill
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Expertise in solutioning and executive communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Relationship building & critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skill
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to make data-driven decisions
